I have just received an e-mail from the British Consul; they have officially granted me Entry Clearance, and I am free to remain in the United Kingdom for the next four years, possibly longer.

Fifty-two days, everyone!

So, I have officially accepted my acceptance to Edinburgh and I am excited about it. Also, Thanksgiving was good -- better than I expected it to be, which is fitting as it is my last one for at least the next four years. I win! I just found out I got in to Edinburgh (my first choice school). This is the oldest English Literature program in the world and is very competitive, and by some miracles -- or lack of judgment -- they will allow me to read it. Fuck I'm excited. I just got accepted to my first university : University of Glasgow. It's my second choice and it is in Scotland. I am so elated...I can't even handle it.
